For the past six years, I’ve been on a virtual adventure, lending a helping hand to all sorts of business owners. But, as fate would have it, a startling realization struck me like a bolt of inspiration: a whopping 80% of my clients were mental health professionals. Therapists, social workers – you name it, they found their way to me. And here’s a little secret (shhh, let’s keep it between us)…they quickly became my absolute favorites to work with. 

In a moment of pure epiphany, I made a life-changing decision. I waved farewell to the sea of industries I once served and embarked on a thrilling journey focused solely on supporting the mental health community. 

Now, let’s talk about the heart and soul of our Koap Virtual Team. We’re here to catch those precious referral calls, book those life-changing sessions, and handle so much more. While you channel your energy into tending to your clients’ mental health, we’ll gracefully glide through calls and communications, ensuring a smooth sailing experience.

Our Passion For Mental Health

  • We are a proud member of B1G1. With every new client we donate $23.33 to provide a week of counseling to Domestic Abuse Survivors. 
  • We focus our trainings, messaging, and relationship efforts to connect deeper with counselors, therapists, social workers, & psychologists.
  • Before taking their first call, new hires complete Caller Sensitivity and HIPAA Training
  • We issue all of our clients a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to do our part to keep their practice compliant.
